This superb property is a luxury 2 bedroom, top floor apartment with a private roof terrace and communal swimming pool and is situated in the coastal village of Playa San Juan, within walking distance of the beach and other local amenities including Supermarkets, Bars, Restaurants and Shops.
As Playa San Juan is situated on the South West Coast it has the reputation for being the warmest, sunniest & driest area on Tenerife. It is close to Los Gigantes and the other major resorts of Los Cristianos and Playa de las Americas, with a frequent local bus service.
Playa San Juan is one of the few remaining fishing villages, surrounded by banana plantations, with a black sandy beach, where it is safe to swim. There is also a local market held twice a week.
Bedrooms - The main bedroom has a double bed and the second bedroom has twin beds. There is a safe in the wardrobe. A cot & highchair are available if needed.
Bathroom - The bathroom has a bath with overhead shower, shower screen, bidet, w.c. and basin. It also has a large mirror with lighting. A hairdryer is also supplied.
Kitchen - Fully fitted Kitchen with Oven, Hob & Extractor fan. Fridge/freezer, Washing Machine, Microwave, Kettle, Toaster, Iron & Ironing Board, Clothes Airer and ample Crockery, Cutlery & Cooking utensils.
