THREE BEDROOM VILLA, CALLAO SALVAJE, COSTA ADEJE (Sleeps 6)
This luxury villa with private swimming pool, heated in the winter months has recently been fully renovated throughout to a very high standard. There are ceiling fans in all the bedrooms and lounge to keep you cool. The villa has high walls around the property and intercom on the large entrance gate for privacy, security shutters on all windows and patio doors for added security and to keep the villa cool in the height of summer. There are some sea views from one of the the terraces. The outside terraces have adequate patio tables and chairs for al fresco dining and plenty of space for sunbathing on the 6 sun beds and 4 parasols. The management company office is close to the villa and can deal with any issues that may arise. Just around the corner from the villa there is a patisserie selling fresh bread and pastries daily!

Bathrooms: En-suite to bedroom 1. newly fitted and tiled with large bath, bidet, WC, sink with large mirror plus tall bathroom cabinet.
Separate shower room with enclosed shower cubicle, wc, wash basin. and large mirror and washing machine.
Kitchen: New and well equipped fitted kitchen includes halogen hob and full oven, chimney extractor cooker-hood, Granite worktops, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, toaster, iron, ironing board, coffee maker, microwave. Granite breakfast bar with stools, fire blanket.
Living Room: Lounge diner, 2 leather sofas, dining table for 6, matching coffee table. Wall unit with TV (BBC 1/2, ITV1, channel 4/5, sports, satellite films channel), DVD, HiFi and CD player. DVD films, children’s DVDs, CDs and books. Large ceiling fan, smoke alarm.
Cleaning/towels/linen/maid service: All towels and linen are included in the price. A full linen change and clean is done at the end of each week of your stay in the villa and for your arrival. Extra cleaning can be made available please contact the management office for prices.
The villa is serviced with plenty of hot water from 2 electric boilers. The property is ideal for children as it is all on one level and there's plenty of space for play! Did you know it is reported that Callao Salvaje is the sunniest point of Tenerife!
Amenities/Facilities: hob/stove, oven, fridge/freezer fridge, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, iron/ironing board, satellite tv, tv room, fans, cot, high chair, private pool (for sole use of guests), pool heating.
Outside: The newly constructed private heated swimming pool 7m x 4m depth 1m shallow end and 1.75m deep end, easy accessed by Roman steps, there is a pool shower and spacious new terraces with awning (if shade is needed for dining) makes for lazy relaxing sunbathing days. The pool is maintained and cleaned professionally by a local company. There are electric lamps at 5 points all around the property and one on the entrance gate for when you return from your evenings out. The outside terraces have adequate patio tables and chairs for alfresco dining and plenty of space for sunbathing.
Coast/Beach: The beach is half sand and half pebble there is a jetty for fishing, snorkelling etc. There is also an excellent regular bus service from resort to Playa Las Americas, Los Cristianos, Fanabe, La Caleta and other neighbouring resorts, the beautiful beaches of Fanabe are well worth a visit and are just an 8-10 minute drive. In the other direction there is Playa San Juan and the resort of Los Gigantes with it's spectacular cliffs all in a 15 minute drive!
Golf: From this villa 3 major golf courses can be easily reached by car, although in total there are 5 golf courses in the south of Tenerife.
1) Abama Golf Complex distance 4km.
2) Golf Costa Adeje distance 5km.
3) Golf Las Americas distance 9km.

Travel: The nearest airport is Reina Sofia in the south of Tenerife which is about 25 mins drive away, taxis are readily available and are about 30 euros to the airport from the villa. There are plenty of transfer companies on the internet which will transfer you from the airport to your villa. Car hire can be booked at our management office or at Reina Sofia Airport. The use of a car is not essential but good if you wish to explore the beautiful island of Tenerife.
Distances: Sueno Azul where the villa is situated is a lovely residential area and a southern resort (this villa is the third property back from the sea!) with restaurants, bars, supermarkets, internet cafe's, pharmacy, doctor, banks hotels, taxis, bus services and the sea with a lot of the restaurants having sea views, if you wish to venture a further 10 mins drive, this will bring you to Playas Las Americas (Loro Parque) and Los Cristianos.
Further details: Playas Las Americas and Los Cristianos are about 10km which you can travel to by local bus or taxi. We have a local taxi rank in the resort, information of the local area, taxis, hospitals and doctor and resort amenities are all documented in the management book which is placed in the villa. The management office is only along the road from the villa and can offer you excursions and car hire etc. The villa is in a lovely residential area which is well established and therefore there is no building work going on near or around this property.
Changeover day: Changeover day is flexible for long stays but Fridays or Tuesdays preferred. The villa is available from 3pm please vacate 10am on departure day. The management company have an apartment room you can book for a small charge for late flights, please enquire.
Booking notes: 20% deposit is required on booking the balance is payable 8 weeks before travel to a UK account. Payment outside the UK can be made to a euro account.
