Number 67 is a spacious modern Studio Apartment on the Andalucian style complex of Royal Palm in Los Cristianos, Tenerife.
All the apartments are privately owned, many people living there permanently, others like us enjoy our holidays there and rent them out the remainder of the time.
The complex is renowned as one of the most prestigious in Los Cristianos, with beautifully maintained gardens and stunning displays of flowers and tropical plants.
There are 2 swimming pools, 1 of which is heated in the winter months, a separate children’s pool and a full-time life guard.
You will enjoy a very relaxed, friendly atmosphere and a security guard is on duty at night time for your added peace of mind.
Rosie’s Cantina, a Mexican restaurant and bar overlooks one of the pools and is a great meeting place to enjoy a margarita!
Our Studio has been completely refurbished for 2008, and in our opinion, is in one of the most enviable locations on the complex to enjoy the amazing sea views from. You will find it on the 1st floor in a nice quiet area and yet very close to the heated pool.
It has a modern kitchen complete with oven, hob, washing machine and microwave, there is also a flat screen TV and DVD player. The Bathroom is clean and fresh, fitted with a white suite to include a bath with a powerful shower over.
The bedroom area has 2 single beds and plenty of wardrobe and drawer space. A fold up bed can be provided for a 3rd person if required. The apartment has a lovely light and airy feel to it with French Doors leading off the Lounge area out onto a very private balcony. It is perfect for sunbathing and 'al fresco' dining and is also a wonderful place to enjoy a drink or 2 and watch the sun go down!
The Owners’ Office have safety deposit boxes available and if you feel the need to check your e-mails, internet access is available too! There is a telephone in the apartment which receives incoming calls, if you wish to make outgoing calls the Office can arrange this for you. Here you will also find details of car hire companies and the many excursions Tenerife has to offer.
There are 2 well stocked Supermarkets within a few minutes walk of the apartment together with several restaurants and bars. A further 10 minute stroll away will take you to the seafront and a little further on into the heart of Los Cristianos with its many shops, bars and restaurants. Loro Parque is only five minutes away by taxi.

Tenerife is only a 4 hour flight from the UK and Royal Palm is just a 15 minute drive from Tenerife South Airport. For your convenience we can arrange for a private collection from/to the Airport.
